     1984 marked the takeover of hard-shell case production by Hepting & Co. from Stuttgart Feuerbach and the foundation of Hepco & Becker GmbH as the continuation of Franz Becker GmbH. Hepting was once one of the largest suitcase manufacturers with more than one thousand employees in Germany.

     In the seventies and the beginning of the eighties, Hepting manufactured thousands of motorcycle cases for BMW and Krauser. Thanks to in-house case production, Hepco & Becker successfully provided new, attractive products and assumed a leading role on the market. While several competitors have disappeared from the market, Hepco & Becker managed to stay on course for success until today.
